This Delete Account Policy explains how users of Patrick Booth, P.A. (“we”, “our”, “us”) may request deletion of their accounts and associated data for our mobile games, including but not limited to Escape the Avalanche and 5 Card Blitz (Coming Soon) (collectively, the “Games”).

We value your privacy and provide you with the right to request deletion of your account and data at any time.

1. Information Subject to Deletion

When you request account deletion, we will delete the following information tied to your account:

Username
Email address
Linked Sign in with Apple / Google identifiers
Gameplay data (scores, achievements, progress, and unlocks)

2. How to Request Account Deletion

You may request account deletion in either of the following ways:

By submitting a request through our dedicated page: 👉 Delete My Account Request Form (or use the same form right here, below)
When we delete an account, all associated personal data (email, username, linked Apple/Google sign-ins, lifetime points and gameplay records) are permanently deleted.

Please complete this form to request deletion of your account with Patrick Booth PA games. Once we receive your request, we will process it within 30 days.

For security reasons, we will email you at the address provided to confirm you are the account owner. You must reply to our email with “Yes, approve” before we permanently delete your account.

I confirm that I want my account and all associated data permanently deleted and will respond to the verification email to approve deletion.

This form sends your answers to our request form on Google Forms and opens the confirmation in a new tab. If it does not work, email escapetheavalanchedeux@gmail.com from the address on your account.

3. Verification of Requests

For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your identity by confirming your account email address or other details before processing the deletion request.

4. Timeline for Deletion

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of confirmation.
Some limited data may be retained as required by law, fraud prevention, or security purposes, but it will not be used for gameplay or marketing.

5. Effect of Account Deletion

Once deleted, your account and data cannot be restored.
You will lose all gameplay progress, achievements, and unlocks tied to the deleted account.
If you reinstall the game, you will need to create a new account to play with saved progress.
